Refund policy

 

All sales are final. Each item is made to order (unless stated otherwise). We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with an order or any questions before or after ordering, please reach out to wishesthreadco@yahoo.com and we will be happy to help. Please allow 2-5 business days for a response. We truly want to work with you to make sure you’re happy and we know sizing can sometimes be tricky. We do our best to explain sizing in descriptions! 

 Anything custom embroidered are always final sale due to the nature of them being customer, unless of course damaged. 

We do our absolute best to make sure each item is of perfect quality, but we are human! If we missed something and any items are delivered damaged we will replace the item at no cost to you, no need to return the item. Must send proof of damage within 1 week of receiving item to be eligible.

Wishes Thread Co is not responsible for lost items in the mail, however we WILL replace any lost items at our current turn around time. If mail hasn’t moved in over 3 weeks we will start the replacement. If the original item still shows up, you may keep it! :) We highly suggest selecting priority or ground advantage mail at checkout so your order is covered by insurance. If these are not chosen, we will not replace your lost order. Any free shipping over $100 will automatically ship 2-3 day shipping, but we can’t promise what USPS does. Please reach out with any questions or issues.
