4) Your monogram: (monogram goes first initial, last, middle in that order)
5) Your size (we suggest to size up a size for tanks as they run small, if you would like to do this please let us know):
6) 2 types of items you do not want to receive in your box (see below for what comes in the boxes) cannot be a shirt, all boxes contain at minimum 1 shirt:
7)The brand we use for the shirts, tanks, crewneck and quarter zips are: Comfort color, Hanes, Gildan, Jerzees, Ladies Ideal, & Bella canvas. Is there a brand you absolutely do not want?
(can’t say I only want one brand, as we use multiple brands for different things, only just 1 brand you absolutely do not want)
Please remember this is a mystery box! You do not know what you will get- but these questions help point us in a direction! :)

1 item from this category: Shirt (embroidered), crewneck (embroidered or sublimation printed), Fanny pack, blanket, duffle weekender bag, Quarter zip, or backpack (excluding monogram backpack & phone charging backpacks).
If it’s not listed above it does not come in surprise boxes. Surprise boxes are discounted items, the box will always be worth over the value if you were to buy the items you receive individually! Plus it ships for free at just $68 (normally free shipping at $100)! Plus who didn’t love basically giving a gift to yourself, based on the things you love!! 💕

If you buy the 3 month box, each box will ship by the 30th of each month. You’ll get 1 each month without having to purchase another, and it’s at an even lower price than if you purchased month to month. Please note your first box will ship through your original purchase, the next 2 we will have to ship manually and we will contact you via email with your tracking numbers once they ship. We are trying this out now and will see if we like it, we might not offer the 3 month supply in the future.
